REQUIREMENTS
  • Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s work flow runs efficiently

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls

  • Update and manage the appointment book with the provided scheduling guidelines

  •        Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  •         The ability to identify patients needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to possible issues

  •         Basic computer skills

  •         Good listening and verbal skills
